Give me examples of religions without a social hierarchy or a "god" entity that's superior to the individual and where people must "pray" for it.

Most religious people have a superiority complex and believe their religion/god is superior to all others. In the end, it's all the same.

Congregational Churches are community oriented. I suppose there remains a hierarchy but this is led by the local community and you’re free to go elsewhere if you please. There are also numerous denominations of Christianity that allow you to worship as you please and you’re free to opt in or opt out. This is the difference between religions and statism. There is no opt out of statism.

Taoism, Hinduism, Buddhism (eastern religions) are much less structured and focus more on the individual.

The picture you shared is how the Catholic Church is structured and my comment was aimed at not blanketing all religions with the same structure of Catholicism (which is probably the most structured).

And to your point “it’s all the same”. When you start to look into the different religions, you realize there is a A LOT of overlap on many different levels.
