My guess is that some clients will emerge that are ad supported and others that aren’t that offer premium subscriptions

Maybe even both options in the same client 🤷‍♂️

In free market economy, everyone can try to benefit from different approaches. But we know the which system will work.

Even my 10 years old brother got sick with advertisement based internet. People will come around gradually.
