same here. ayahuasca twice, lsd three times, shrooms three times. but weed. weed is on a daily basis. alcohol is shit, my bukowski days are gone. two, three cans at most every two or three months and: bed.
I barely drink now. If I do its a few cold ice Budweisers in hot sun with friends.
I’ve done some damn stupid things when drunk. enough is enough. there’s nothing like getting old.
Ayahuasca any good? I heard it makes you yak right off, then feel nauseous a bit after that. I have a friend, a farmer, who’s 10 yro son shot himself several years ago. His wife has never recovered, just damaged and broken despite two younger children who are delightful but free range af. My friend went on an ayahuasca retreat to get his psyche recharged. He gave me that review. He felt it was worth the um indigestion .
