Mr nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s , I have a question.

In the future, will you add the ability to show which client a post is from? (For example, like Tweet source labels)

Elon said "〜no one even knows why we did that …" In fact, it may not have been necessary for Twitter. But, I think Nostr needs this feature. Sorry if you already mentioned this. Please let me know the remark link or any other information.

we did it to help client devs advertise their services and for people to tell if it was a tweet sent from on the goal or from a stationary desktop.

You could always tell when an influencoor or a brand was scheduling their tweets with something like HootSuite.

that too. Showed authenticity. Including brands touting their product but using their competitor’s products 🤗

and demonstrated a consistency of behavior - established patterns. for individuals it's a really important tool. small potatoes like me relied on it to determine shared account posting: some used iphone, ipad, desktop, android to differentiate who was using the account on any given day. it was a historical marker for who posted the content too within their own account and circle metrics. record keeping.

Hey Jack. I have a unconfirmed out bound transaction for 12 hours and a inbound trasaction for 5 hours to cash app. Is it just the network now??

i think it's a safety stamp too - i miss it. for a self-driving human without a team, it helps determine interaction and any changes to an account. if, for example, my accounts which are historically 99.9% posted from an iphone, suddenly became desktop operated - i've probably been murdered and replaced with an ai bot. but you wouldn't know that now that it's gone.
