Ah there’s a setting for that in nostur. You can restrict pictures to only from people you follow. Or completely turn them off for everyone. Not sure if there’s an android version though
Not sure personally if I'd want to do that, but definitely images with b!tcoin in them, the word or logo, plus the other hidden words ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I haven't done your entire list but I have done some of those + $boost, prism, btc, ₿itcoin (note the ₿) but only for the purposes of using global. I don't really want to mess with the feed I'm following.
