Pharmaceutical execs for sure knew what they were doing, and the doctors are to ones that should have put a stop to the nonsense they are the highly educated health care experts hence the title Doctor but we know they were "incentivized". Hospital executives were paid to withhold proper care and insure a positive covid test resulting in massive kickbacks for those patients. So those are my top three, and I except no excuses for their actions they all knew what they were doing or were totally incompetent.

You’d be surprised how little doctors know about any new medicine beyond the fda package insert. And if it’s all lies, it’ll take years to discover.
Covid paid better than pneumonia. But no where near enough to cover the three weeks of care for the genuinely sick ones. But as diagnostic standards didn’t exist, hospitals made up for the massive loss on treating sick Covid patients by billing for all cases of sars-cov-2 infections as if they had the body-wide disease called Covid.
