Coffee time! ☕️
I started to pay attention to my sleep length, and sleep quality. As a rule of thumb, they say you shall not drink caffeine before at least 6 hours of your sleep.
So I plan to drink coffee with caffeine only in the morning, and drink decaf coffee in the afternoon. This way, the caffeine has enough time be absorbed before my sleep.
Let's see! I hope I can find nice decaf coffee.
