Good idea!

Automatically after some time or just a button next to each email to manually click on? I'm guessing the latter but just to be sure.

A delete button in the email page. And a way to bulk delete on the main emails page (checkbox next to each mail item and delete button at top?)

LNemail now supports removing emails (single or bulk). The overall design has also been improved.
