Problems with worker name?

some people make mistakes just typing solo.ckpool.org:3333

and is stratum+tcp://solo.ckpool.org:3333

it won't connect with just solo.ckpool.org:3333

Another troubleshoot:

Enter it as 3Gk1GfP3bHA6M2ZzK5mHdqbWN1iNsqAenH.mybtcaddress for the stratum user.

Replacing mtcbtcaddress with your payout address.

Q: It won’t take my completed btc address after saving it only half each time, why?

A: If you’re configuring a bitaxe or Futurebit, sometimes the address is too long with the username:

3Gk1GfP3bHA6M2ZzK5mHdqbWN1iNsqAenH.Andthenmybtcaddress

so you can just put:

3Gk1GfP3bHA6M2ZzK5mHdqbWN1iNsqAenH.hi_this_is_hash

And then send an email hello@rigly.io to say match this with a payout address.

or like, even better, just put the first half of your payout address and then email us with the rest.

Europe Question:

If we are in europe can I use the EU ckpool address, (eusolo.ckpool) or should i stick with solo.ckpool.org only?

Reason being to gain better performance from Europe?

A: We use solo.ckpool... you can point wherever you want though. will work with eusolo.ckpool.
