The fact that people in the #Bitcoin community think a government-run BTC "Strategic Reserve" is a good idea is genuinely sad. It is counterproductive to everything that Natoshi Sakamoto would support.

Isn't one of the selling points behind BTC is that it's not owned by any institution?

Lol, Trump will propose some shitcoin reserve that David Sacks backs. He IS NOT a bitcoiner, clearly doesn't understand the point is to rid the world of people like him and make a more fair and sound money.

Wake me up when any of that state officially endorses Monero accepting it as medium of exchange. So far none of them feels powerful enough to face the consequences directly. So they delist it and hope to regulate it out of existence.

I wouldn't be surprised if Japan took the first public move.

Someone will.

there is a speculative news about russia. it was a routine proposal by one of the deputies, and it was not even submitted to the council for consideration.

What is the value of Bitcoin?

I thought Venezuela are the communists?

Which destroys BTC as the people's money outside the control of bansters and governments. Surely that is obvious?
