The distinctive azure blue color of Moraine Lake in Alberta, Canada, is caused by sunlight refracting off the rock sediment deposited in the lake by surrounding glaciers each summer.

Pump this into my veins 🏔️

GM. Stunning view. So jelly

I was there last Sunday! Thought I was looking at something on my phone.

Stopped on the way to Panorama.

Missing a lot of snow and ice. Hahahaha

This is why I’m obsessed with Earth’s natural wonders! The way light and geology create something so surreal blows my mind. Need to see this in person ASAP!

Thanks to ppl posting on social media about this magic place, it's almost impossible to get there and is overrun w tourists, counterbalancing the beauty of it 😑
