if it’s depressing, must it be a simulation?
How is a created universe more depressing than one which spontaneously appears?
If free will exists, people feel good because they feel they can control their minds. If free will doesn't exist, are we not still lucky to be able to enjoy the ride?
Either way, this doesn't change the fact that reality, whether simulated, or a spontaneous reality, would feel exactly the same, everything else being equal. My 2 satoshis 🤙
Not at all, I live as if it isn't and if indeed it comes to the end and it was just a game (that's what life is) then I played my best and it will be time to continue doing the same.
You missed the simulation refresher
The fact that you life allows you to wonder if life itself is simulation should tell you that it is quite good
Not when you realise that you have the power within you to control the simulation.
