7 Universal Principles

Reading of the Manifesto

I. Universal Constitution.

To enshrine a binding Universal Constitution based on the fundamental ethical principles of justice, equity, and fraternity.

II. Democracy.

Election and selection of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches based on their professional, ethical, and moral capabilities and qualities, by lottery and through competitive examinations. The Constitution and referendum are the foundation.

III. Private Property.

Wealth and minimum income: To eradicate poverty.

Wealth and average income: Through meritocracy.

Wealth and maximum income: To eradicate abusive wealth.

IV. Dignify existence.

Every human being has the right to a dignified life, free from want and fear.

V. The common good.

Fundamental goods, gifts, and services will be made available to all in a fraternal, equitable, and lifelong manner.

VI. Natural Law.

From Natural Law emanates the Universal Constitution, the balance of ethics, morality, justice, equity, and fraternity.

VII. The New World.

There is no higher purpose than to unite as humanity to achieve these just and noble ideals.
