hate speech is a made up term to violate your protected first amendment rights... 1A is designed to protect speech that others hate.
This is the same play everywhere across the western sphere: have some fuzzy idea of "hate" that is ill-defined, and then you can move the goalposts whenever you want to shut down free expression.
Which only occurs in free (current empire & friends) countries and lots of cheap money to fund vague causes (antifa, blm, dei, etc.) Influencing/disturbing public opinion.
In most other countries around the world there is no need to define and redefine hate, its pretty clear what is means.
It's the actions taken, not the conversations describing actual issues (that people could use to actually resolve issues through proper conversation)
Banning conversations concerning certain subjects is setting the public up to fight eachother because of the deliberately caused unresolved misunderstandings...

Some speech is useful and most speech is not.
"Hate speech" is a political invention to suggest there is now speech that is enough as a cause to put you behind bars. Slippery slope....

"Hate speech" should be removed from all legislation. It is a subjective concept used cynically by censors & authoritarians.
