I like the high contrast!
I would also recommend another flash set lower put off and to his right (from our perspective) aimed at the back of his head/body. It will help him stand out from the background!
Thats a good advice but i don't have a 2nd flash yet, but i do have continuos light, i have a LED panel that could work
That absolutely could work! Almost any light could work, especially if you're specifically doing a creative shoot. The only limitation is how creative you are with the lighting.
