We're not consciously aware of most of our beliefs.

Examining your beliefs & definitions to find those that no longer serve you is an ongoing & worthwhile process.

All models are wrong but some are useful.

I've gone back to the drawing board on a lot of my beliefs. I look for truth.

Not knowing is what is acutely humbling
