Meditation really is one of the greatest tools we have available to us 24/7.

Keep your eyes closed, observe your thoughts and allow to come and go as if you are checking your spam email. Keep the breath flowing in and out your nose, slow and steady.

Aim for 15 minutes to start. Go longer as you start to build up the tolerance. Enjoy the amazing benefits this practice brings your mind. Much love.

Hard relaxation excercises 5days (1 day of silence) a week, always fell asleep. Kind of think it's similar, thats why I asked.

Sit on the floor with your legs crossed & back straight. Hands on your knees and set a 15 minute timer. You won’t fall asleep.
