I can’t remember the last time I watched legacy media. I am just about done with corporate social media.

totally!!!

A decade or two ago, television might have been the preferred blue pill dispenser, especially for the boomers. However, in today's landscape, it's algorithms that keep the matrix's subjects asleep.

I've encountered too many Gen Xers and Millenials who believe that cutting the cord freed them from the simulation, yet they remain addicted to scrolling through Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, oblivious to how profoundly their emotions and thoughts are being manipulated by the blackbox algorithms.

Everyone around me, young or old, seems completely lost.

It's no surprise. How can anyone find their way when algorithms pull and push them in multiple directions all at once?

It reminds me of Alice in Wonderland, where she gets lost repeatedly because she's wandering without a clear purpose. The strange land takes her wherever it wishes.

But when she finally had the specific goal of going home, she found her way out within minutes.

I think there's a lesson in that.

Smash that poo

Cut a hole in a box.

Sir, might you be referencing the seminal work of Justin Timberlake and Andy Sandberg? Because if so, I can guess step two.

In fact, yes. Your conclusion on Step Two is therefore, assumedly, accurate.
