Unfortunately wallet of satoshi is unavailable in the US and Alby is invite only. You can use Strike as your receiving address for now, but it has a minimum amount for sending that will make it inconvenient for sending small zaps. You can use Phoenix to send, but not to receive to a static address. The lightning ecosystem is a bit of a mess right now, sorry. I recommend installing the Alby extension on a desktop web browser and signing up and waiting for an invite code. Once you get alby set up, you can connect Amethyst to it and you'll be able to send one tap zaps in Amethyst. In the mean time, use Strike to receive and Phoenix to send. It's not ideal but it will work.
Lvl 1: get a lightning address
If you want a lightning address, getalby.com is pretty easy yo set up. Once you have it you can then add it to Amethyst

Lvl 2: zapping from wallets
You can use various wallet apps like Zeus. There's also a tutorial on getting Alby set up with Zeus:

Ok, so you have options. There is basically 2 major classes of LN wallet; custodial and non-custodial. Not going to throw a ton of technical stuff at you right now if you're new to it all, but here is the summary:
Custodial: Easier to use. Riskier because the custodian actually holds your SATs. Ok for small amounts and just learning the ropes.
Non-custodial: Trickier to setup. Less risk because you hold your SATs (and keys). Better in the long run and for larger amounts.
Personally, if you're just dipping your toes in the water, I think a custodial option to start is totally fine.
In the US your best option right now would be to download the Strike Bitcoin app and setup an account or create an account on stacker.news
Both of these services will give you a free LN address. Once you have that lightning address you'll go to your profile in Amethyst and click the edit button. Then you'll paste that LN address in the LN address field.
Once you've done that, I will zap ya some SATs!

I do have telegram, I don't think that it's a great app though
i have my receiving adress set to ln.tips since start
it's a great solution to the geographical blocking of lightning wallets, bc the wallet essentially hides in Telegram chat
+ Telegram can also be downloaded outside the playstore
and the bot supports receiving zaps plus attached notes😊

Do you have lightning available? Wallet of Satoshi or Exodus are options for lightning. Once that's setup you can add your lightning address to your profile.

Here you can quickly create a Lightning Network address and wallet on your Telegram. Or you can use Strike or Phoenix Wallet as alternatives for Lightning Network.
