My name is Regina. I’m 29 Years old. I was addicted to various kinds of drugs for 8 years of my life. I was suicidal, depressed and diagnosed with Borderline, PTSD and so much more. I hurt myself this is why I chose unconsciously over and over again stay in toxic relationships where I gave all my energy to finally be loved. But I didn’t find outside of me the love I was searching for. The love is inside, and I learned to give it to myself first.
