You can let it sit on counter. At least, I do.

Shipping regular butter has some regulatory stuff behind it. But certain Co-ops allow you to buy butter and have it shipped to you in a refrigerated box, but usually minimum order quantities are required there.

Great Ghee is totally shelf stable, lasts a super long time, and can be used in any way that butter is used 🤙
