It's not that difficult but it's been a long time since I did chemistry, I think it involves the mass of a mole and I only have a gerbil to weigh π

I love the idea of using the yeast to make alcohol and feed plants at the same time. Produce no waste, value the marginal and more principles could be found in a fermentation plant growing system. Awesome idea!
