I try to ignore most maxis because of their cultish mentality. Bitcoin is amazing and should be the core of the wealth, but Monero is crucial as well, due to its privacy. A smart person will stand behind both.

I’m a layman on Monero but after showing interest and getting shit for that recently, I have realized that I think some Bitcoin maxis on here might not know that much and just recite the crypto catechism and lingo they’ve been spoonfed by Saylor or someone else which makes them say shit like that
Don't listen to newcoiners aka Bitcoin holders. You don't have to justify yourself to anyone.
