Every now and then I like to capture moments of change.
If we reflect well enough, we can see that our everyday life is mostly unconscious, we repeat learned actions without even thinking.
That is my approach to stop and reflect. And I want experience such and similar moments as often as possible throughout my day.
Otherwise, I might only wake up when I am old and ask myself - "Where have I been all this time?"
