Paid off a contract but the saved payment password (my key of the 2 of 3 multisig) isn't working. Most likely an error in me recording it.
I emailed support because the collateral should still be able to be refunded using the their key and the lender's key. The lender is aware of the situation and is willing to help.
I was told it's an unusual case and that they'd have to do an investigation and it'd incur a fee of 5%.
More than willing to accommodate that. I just don't understand the delay. The lender is just a message away, the contract repaidnin full and the refund address unchanged.
Close to two weeks since I contacted about the issue. I would really would like some assistance. Not sure why it would take this long.
