We need to solve climate change but another problem with cloud seeding is they tend to use toxic stuff for it, like sulphur, which could fuck up the rain.
I think our best bet is to turn about half of the moon into an orbital solar shield. It would be controllable but we plebs would also be able to avoid it by moving away from the equator because of how orbits work
we don't need to solve climate change. specially not by manipulating the weather or the amount of sun we get.
we're dumb as the rock we're trying to "save". Anything we do to manipulate the weather on this scale is like doing brain surgery with a chisel and hammer.
