All the calendar proves is that violence and fearmongering was very effective for the creators of this religion and reversing the network effects is difficult.

And what game am I playing exactly? How is my original note wrong?

If you're interested in learning more, read the Bible from cover to cover and then listen to a few historians talk about the history of Christianity and it's effects on the world so you can have a good baseline for knowledge.

Commenting on a misunderstanding of a single bible verse and saying "all religious people have no rational arguments" is silly. But god bless you and best of luck to you on your journey.

Why can't you just answer my questions? Why did you even jump into this conversation if all you're going to say is you're wrong and read the bible. I've read enough of it.

What specific question do you need me to answer

Your original note is wrong because a crowd referring to Jesus as a prophet has nothing to do with miracles or the Almighty power of God.

Helpful?

I said you can't question a religious claim because they are not rational. This refers to more than just a verse about crowds. It refers to religious claims in general. Religious claims are full of unprovable and impossible stories. In other words, Jesus is a prophet and god because it was a miracle. Right?

You are a miracle and if one was to tell your story from the beginning it would seem inconceivably impossible. Jesus is God because He is. If you think anything is impossible, I'd ask you to reflect on what our reality is.

This is a classic response from religious people. You ask a question they can’t answer so they move the goalposts by putting the burden of proof back on you. How is my existence a miracle? There are billions of people that have existed. That’s not a miracle. That’s as ordinary as it gets. But like I said before, you can’t have a rational argument with religion.

It's a miracle we all exist.

I'm not trying to put the burden of proof on you. Lord knows you cannot prove your beliefs. But make it easier for me - what would be satisfactory proof for you to believe the stories in the bible were true?

You don’t know my beliefs and Im not telling you to believe what I believe.

Prove to me that a man could be born without a father
