bitchat android 1.2.2 release: privacy & security update

- use tor for all network connections. to activate press on bitchat in top bar -> network -> tor

- sign BLE packages and verify signatures (not enforced yet)

- option to disable location services in geohash overview

- now works without notification permissions

What are the correct settings on Graphene os. It worked with the older version with Bluetooth permanently on.

On an old iphone I have it works flawless. Bitchat for newbies. Thanks Calle.

Calle, fix the creation of public groups in the geohash, every time I create and send messages they don't stay in the group and end up falling into the geohash chat.
