From age like 8-18 or so I would experience Deja vu that would last 15 minutes or longer sometimes. So I’m fascinated by the phenomenon. it was probably transient temporal lobe seizures. Im glad it stopped but what a ride. Like being trapped in an infinite now

That's wild. But usually when I have deja vu it's a very specific thing I remember that's almost exactly what's happening in the present.

When a conceptual pathway of a memory just fires exactly the same way as it did back then.

I’m convinced that life/reality follows consistent repeating cycles at every scale and sometimes we just notice. I think one of Gods gifts to us is that we are capable of not being in a constant state of noticing this

You may have lived your life 1000 times. Think that’s the idea of Samsara. I kind of subscribe to this idea. Life is this repeating fractal in micro and macro patterns and your “intuition” is this cosmic memory you somehow bring along through each depiction of the fractal.

You ever hear something and you remember it before it holds meaning to you? Or you distinctly remember the last time you saw someone before they pass? It’s like..your brain knew to place emphasis on something before something of emphasis made the memory important. Idk if that makes sense?

When I think of samsara, I view it as an overlapping of the essential composition of people's lives through all time. When the essence of someone at the end of his life overlaps perfectly with the essence at the start of another, he may as well have been reborn. Or perhaps you overlap perfectly with two others in two different aspects. Spiritual genetic recombination 🫨

🫨 is the perfect emoji here.
