And another thing I just thought about is when content is reported, we might avoid abuse with a voting system allowed only to profiles with certain history so if some kid report an exposed nipple multiple times with different accounts, the honest voters can reset his report. And just like report is visible, so are the voting scores.

i may be completely wrong here but i feel many people think they have to report in order to block and pornography/nudity is the logical option choose.
if people see a form, they think they have to fill it out
i.e. report instead of unfollow, mute, or block.

The report will happen one way or another if the client is offering this option. We have all sorts of funky brains out there. Some are supper disturbed even when seeing a woman's nipple. Weird I know but the fact the client is offering a report system is indeed a nice option to have if you want that client to be used by majority of plebs but the reports can be easily misused.
The solution is having a client that doesn't care about report and people who are into sex work will use that client. That's the beauty of nostr.
Just like you you don't show spreadEagles on Facebook, you use Onlyfans for the kinky stuff.
Amethyst is open sourced and one great option you have is a fork called onyx which doesn't care about report strikes.

I highly believe in Bitcoin and I am also a high believer that inovation doesn't need to stop on the Bitcoin ecosystem.

I make an example to clarify. If you are already married and your wife is into religion (that usually comes from how we've been raised) then their parents might like you more if they knew you are christian.
