Would you include i2p in that statement? And Nym Network?
It's a real doubt.
Maybe the Nym network is too new, and there is not enough info about it.
But I have the theory that i2p is a good P2P network that not many people are taking into count (I'm not an expert, and I have to read and learn a lot about i2p)
I lost interest in Nym because of the use of a token and KyC, but it's there.

Crear redes es lo primero que creo que se debe trabajar, redes con gente que pueda buscar pagar tus servicios de la misma manera que quieren obtener otros y obviamente ofertar los suyos
Buscar otros lugares donde las oportunidades sean más libres
Creo que conforme se empiece a dar esa situación las famosas Citadels irán tomando más sentido
Insisto, creo que no hay formulas únicas ni mágicas, va a ser complicado pero no imposible.
Da miedo pero hay que ir pensando en cómo vas a actuar cuándo tu Estado/Nación o como le quieras llamar te diga que o usas su dinero digital (CBDC) o te quedas sin dinero?

Curious facts about Bitcoin P2P networks.
Reviewing about of Satoshi's notes, I found how amazing was that since 2010 someone thought it would be a good idea to add support for i2p inside #Bitcoin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=22.msg104#msg104
Tor was the first thing that was integrated (2009: V0.2), and it wasn't until #Bitcoin core version 22 (2021) that i2p was merged into #Bitcoin

I'm not an expert too, and maybe, but from my point of view, no, everything is based on game theory.
All parties must be in relative equilibrium to avoid incentives going to the side of one party.
Obviously, everyone wants to tip the balance to their side.
So, a network with higher hashrate power is a secure network to a secure network that will want to come from those who do not want to lose their value, so that should incentivize whoever wants the reward of mining to invest, and the investment is skin in the game.
So, it will be expensive to mine to anybody? It will depend on is the reward is appetizing enough for you.
In +/- about 6 hours, we'll have a new upward difficulty adjustment, +1.7% approx, new ATH!!!
It implies a greater need for hashrate power for miners. Which in turn gives security to the network.
