As we admire great deeds and achievements, it is worthwhile to think about what a great life might look like—and how a just political order emanates from the lives of countless people, known and unknown, who practice kindness, solidarity, and generosity—and never stop learning.

Ultimately, it costs less not to care, and not to put in the effort.

But in the long run, saving on care destroys value.

My hope for future organizational life is that the centrality of relationships is better understood, and that it results in a more care-filled world.
