It's no mystery why plant-based eaters are ravaged by digestive issues—constipation, IBS, crohn's/ulcerative colitis, leaky gut, and the endless list of others.

Definitely agree on that last part, and yeah that's why I'm careful to say RESEARCH it. I've heard tons of testimonials of it going amazingly for women who were already carnivore but I haven't dug into possible negative affects if transitioning in aggressively immediately post-birth
