Just wrote this on Habla.news about a Nostr "Web of Trust".

>I think I've been saved from the many ways in which I could have lost my stack.
Thank you for sharing this, very well said.
Even more, as Christians we're not only saved from possible ways to lose our stack, we're saved from everything. We're saved. 🙂
I just spent almost an hour trying to troubleshoot the Windows Print to PDF printer thing so as to print to a custom paper size. Failed.
Then, I downloaded and installed CutePDF and had it printing correctly all within 5 minutes.
Argh. Microsoft. I've got to get linux on this desktop.

I debated keeping the milli and micro units in the app. When I started it in 2013, that was a thing. Maybe time to rethink this. Regarding btc/sat, it's great to hear that it's becoming normal for bitcoiners. I agree. Talking in sats is becoming the norm and will be in the future. How about "Bitcoin accepted here" businesses?
I guess it's the following that I like about nostrudel:
. The layout is logical to me
. That it seems to have a ton of functionality
My wishlist for it:
. A signal when I get a notification
. The graphs like with snort
Coracle is the first client I used, the one I signed up with. Now, I use noStrudel most of the time, but also use about three others fairly regularly, not sure why, I guess each has something that I like.
Good to learn stuff first and follow some "Nostriches". Some info at https://nostr.on.fleek.co
Hi, there is a list of prominent nostr names on the "Nostriches" page at https://nostr.on.fleek.co (Nostr Wiki). I don't think "writer" is one of the categories but you might find some interesting topics or people there.
Hi, nostr:npub1qpdufhjpel94srm3ett2azgf49m9dp3n5nm2j0rt0l2mlmc3ux3qza082j, can you recommend a safe, low-fee, fiat-to-crypto on-ramp? I was using Binance US until they ran into problems, and their banking partners bailed on them. I've been dragging my feet about setting up a new exchange account. Thinking I may go with Kraken, but I would prefer something simpler if it doesn't involve crazy-high transaction fees. Thoughts?
Sorry but this is something I really don't know much about. I will say that Kraken seems very legit, as do Gemini and Coinbase. Coinbase gets picked on a lot but my view is that it's because they're the biggest in the US and you've got to pick on someone. Kind if interesting to me is Bisq-2 which just came out. It's peer to peer trading, nit completely sure how it works, but I think it's definitely interesting.
A couple of useful #bitcoin guides listed at http://nostrwiki.crrdlx.infinityfreeapp.com/doku.php?id=wiki:bitcoin-guides Bitcoin Rocks is a big Nostr user (they give out free stickers, real hold in your hand stickers, which is fun).
Just did some work on the Nost wiki at

Your edits welcomed.

Hi everyone, this is my first note, and maybe it could be my last since I don't understand anything about Nostr and Bitcoin.
If I'm here it's all because of nostr:npub17nd4yu9anyd3004pumgrtazaacujjxwzj36thtqsxskjy0r5urgqf6950x so if you don't like what I'm going to put up take it up with him.
I dabble in watercolour and pencil illustrations.
