All these apps need some improvements with adding #hashtags they could get smart and recommend tags. Both the client level and #protocol level, may need an #interlock mechanism.
E.G. a person should not be able to add “safe for work” and “not safe for work”. The note should be rejected as invalid; Since these are mutually exclusive.
Also the apps should remember the last 20 or so tags you used. And know the 20 or 50 most commonly used #damus #snort #coracle #primal are not listening so the people would need to be pinged directly. But that is not the best solution.
#nostr #tagstr subscribe to tags on primal it is Awesome!

Self custody is important. After a purchase you must pull off the exchange.
1.think of your lightning wallet as your “bill fold” you carry only a small amount of cash(cash for the weekend, or night out), rug pull won’t affect much.
2. Think of your “software” self-custody wallet as your checking account.
3.think of your hardware/cold storage as your savings account.
Standing at the bus stop this morning I saw these images
The QR code takes you:
I couldn’t read the article because it’s locked, but really struggling with this: aren’t companies moving out of blue states and into red states at record pace? Do companies assess where it is good to do business before moving themselves?
Just discovered a cool feature of #damus #zap if you long press (hold the lightning bolt on a note), it will let you do two things
1. Choose a non default #zap amount
2. Let you add a message to the #zap https://nostr.build/av/a0ac234e917a935e8eaea038ed299c15ef7bd629938d7e3ed2c3472109f99b76.mov

It was worth the wait. Great conversation.

As a matter of arithmetic, the trends of US government debt and deficits will eventually result in an outrageously high government debt-to-GDP ratio. But when exactly will the United States hit the constraint of infeasibility and how exactly will policy adjust to it?
I think your user name and machine name are encoded there. I M not sure though. Also does base 64 encoding change the length? I am not a security expert at all.

Google's Play Store policy update includes a lot changes and new policies for the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
"For the purposes of this policy, we consider blockchain-based content to be tokenized digital assets secured on a blockchain. If your app contains blockchain-based content, you must comply with these requirements."
"The purchase, holding, or exchange of cryptocurrencies should be conducted through certified services in regulated jurisdictions."
"You must also comply with applicable regulations for any region or country that your app targets and avoid publishing your app where your products and services are prohibited. Google Play may request you to provide additional information or documents regarding your compliance with any applicable regulatory or licensing requirements."

I'm curious of the implications for Bitcoin and Lightning wallets? According to this, they may need licenses in a regulated industry.
What about Zaps? Could Google be following Apple's rulings?
No matter the case, we can always sideload applications. Android is open.
We just all need a good zpn at this point.
We’ll end up sending 200TB of #zap requests through el salvador per day.
I always wonder for things like this a direct democracy would always work better.
Ok and I have to comment on this:
#damus puts the oldest message first in the replies #primal puts the newest first.
Really not sure which I like better.
ok cool I think I like the interface a bit more than damus overall feels very smooth and professional.
Can I assume that the main page with the plus(+) is filtered on who you follow?
You should add a plus(+) to the search with one caveat it should start the new message with whatever hash you are searching on pre-populated. E.g. if I was searching #primal it should start the new message with that pre-filled.
nostr:npub1zga04e73s7ard4kaektaha9vckdwll3y8auztyhl3uj764ua7vrqc7ppvc #primal test Note.
I saw it, thanks… I sent a crash report the second time it crashed.. trying from a reply now…
Can you please post the whole thread I’d really like to know why “cry harder” was banned?
I will keep reposting this:
let’s look at some numbers:
6.25 #BTC /10min ~ 900 #BTC /day
At current prices that would indicate production could absorb a $27,000,000/day demand. This amounts to about:
$810,000,000/ month
Which is $9.7 billion/year
If there are about 500,000 hodlers globally,
Each hodler would have to invest $19,500/year (ABOUT $53/day) to keep the $30,000 price floor that we currently have.
1. We need more hodlers.
2. Each hodler needs to reach deep and do more than $53/day.
I propose we all skip lunch today, and add that $15 saved to a purchase and pull it off the exchange.
No app has it all, #primal for follows, unfollows like and reposts, #damus for likes, reposts, and #zaps as well as profile #zaps
