That's the greatest house I've ever seen". So Jay Leno walked in and said, "Can you get the owner on the phone?" and he asked the owner, "Would you sell it as is, with all the furniture in it, and just, you know, salt in the salt shaker, and this ketchup in the refrigerator?

That's all I need." Owner said "Sure!"

So they came up with a price, and bought it.
