It takes a certain percentage of a population to make change. There's been a scientific study on it even lol. Wichita could turn things if enough people would have the same energy and focus. Look up info about Abbie Hoffman and levitating the Pentagon. π
I really wish we'd get some Abbie Hoffman types in today's movements. We might be able to instill some real change in the areas that matter most to the 99%.
Here's a short summary of Abbie:
Abbie Hoffman was a charismatic and radical political activist best known for his role in the counterculture movement of the 1960s and 70s. A founding member of the Youth International Party (Yippies), Hoffman pioneered a unique style of protest that was non-violent, theatrical, and often humorous. He believed that political activism could be both serious and playful, using satire and absurdity to capture public attention and challenge authority. From tossing dollar bills onto the New York Stock Exchange floor to attempting to levitate the Pentagon, his antics were deliberately outrageous but underpinned by sharp political critique and a deep understanding of media dynamics.
Hoffman's style worked powerfully because it disarmed opponents with humor, engaged younger audiences, and exposed contradictions within the system he opposed. His pranks were not just for shockβthey were strategic tools to provoke thought, spark conversation, and make radical ideas more accessible. By blending intelligence with irreverence, Abbie Hoffman redefined protest as performance art, demonstrating that rebellion could be joyful, subversive, and profoundly impactful.
True lol. Although, local politicians are easier to reach than the ones on Capitol Hill. Voting became a joke for me a long time ago. I think voting on the Federal level is a waste of time. Most voting is, but again local government is more easily affected if the group is big enough because they can't hide behind 1000s of miles, You can shit on their doorstep and that is a little bit of power.

Pressure Cooker Still Conversion
To turn a pressure cooker into a still, you can follow these steps:
Drill a Hole: Drill a 1/4 inch hole into the lid of the pressure cooker. This hole will allow vapor to escape and be condensed back into liquid form.
Attach Copper Tubing: Insert a copper tube into the hole you drilled. The copper tube should extend into a container filled with cold water, which will help condense the vapor into liquid.
Set Up Condensation Container: Place a container under the end of the copper tube to collect the condensed liquid. The container should be placed on a stack of books or a small pedestal to ensure it is above the level of the countertop.
Heat the Pressure Cooker: Place the pressure cooker on a stove and heat it to the desired temperature. The heat will cause the liquid inside to vaporize, and the vapor will travel through the copper tube, condensing into a liquid as it cools.
Collect the Distillate: The condensed liquid will collect in the container placed under the copper tube. This liquid is the distillate, which can be used for various purposes, such as making moonshine or purifying water.
It's important to note that while this method can be used for distilling alcohol or purifying water, it is illegal to distill alcohol without a permit in many places. Additionally, using a pressure cooker for distillation can be dangerous and is not recommended due to safety concerns. For legal and safe distillation, it's advisable to use a proper still designed for the purpose.
