I went thru this several years back with SafePal wallet scam app. GoulGoul did not even respond. Safepal was like ehhh. Your problem not ours. Even when I explained that this scam wallet was using their screenshots and copyright material from the legit app...
Needless to say. SafePal is not my cold storage hardware wallet anymore.
