THE TL;DR:
Trying to put together a concise, cohesive description of what every religion, science, philosophy and self-help book is trying to describe, but mostly fails. A holistic view of the nature of reality. Which is, in short, the science of energy.
More precisely: energy, expressed in layers.
The whole of our reality is based on energies. We are harnessing, directing, conserving and converting our energies. We, along with the rest of reality, are no more than energy fields ourselves.
The story of Creation:
1) Energy was dispersed
2) As the energy, frequency, vibration was settling into a “solid” form, gradually, reality was created
3) At first, this energy, God, watched over us, keeping us safe
4) Humans took over the role of God as the cosmic caretakers of the planet (Eve bit the apple)
5) There are essentially 3 layers to reality as we perceive it: the physical, the mental and the spiritual (the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost). While they work in unison, the order is important, because one lays the foundation for the next. The reality works in layers. There cannot be the Son without the Father. Thus, there cannot be mental or spiritual fitness without physical fitness
6) This is what most spiritual/religious practices got wrong: their teachings did not stress the importance of the physical body enough or disregarded it altogether
7) Even worse, they got it even more wrong on another physical level, the material level. The greatest fallacy of “spiritual” people has always been discounting the value of money (no pun intended). The economic energy. A type of energy whose inputs are our own time, hard work, creativity and ingenuity. An energy that is absolutely essential for us to realize ourselves (Maslow’s hierarchy of needs) and to be able to cooperate on a scale larger than our family/immediate community
8) All of human flourishing has stemmed from us being able to harness more energy, or to direct and change the forms of energy more efficiently
9) Here is where we have the main energy leak: through fake money, through fiat money, is The Kingdom of Death or The Matrix or Hell robbing us of all of our energies, thus keeping us from evolving and quite evidently devolving us and depopulating the Earth already
10) Because the physicality is REQUIRED for us to survive, we compensate for the energy stolen from us by filling the void with energies from our mental and spiritual worlds (selling ourselves, our time and our souls)
11) That is why in a world of fiat money and weak men, there cannot be any mental or spiritual health, and that is why fiat money is is essentially the Devil, and that is why Bitcoin changes everything
12) We can vote for better systems with our energies on all levels

The most important thing to learn is how to vote with your energies. And you vote every day. On all levels of your being. With your time. Your money. Your attention. Your labor. Your mantras. Your environment. Where there is demand, there will be supply.

I wonder what % of the harmful effects of tobacco are cause by the placebo effect? The mantras? The conditioning?
One might also wonder, why are there no similar labels and pictures on bottles of alcohol?
And why is it "drink responsibly" and not "drinking kills"?
Another observation regarding tobacco is that as a rule of thumb:
Pay more, get less of the bad spells
In that sense, solving problems is also one of the highest forms of meditation.

The problems that bother you the most are the ones that are speaking to you the loudest. They are the ones you need to focus on. Do that, and you won't have to "find your path" or "find yourself" or any of that crap. The problems show you the way and the solutions take you there.
