Not yet unfortunately, no. So yeah I'm not really in a position to say anything about it from that vantage point, but that's also why I said that I can see how it's a win :) Plus, optimal wake up time doesn't really mean much of you don't get to sleep at an equally optimal time, or can't get a good quality sleep, etc. There are always variables.
Tbf the optimal wake up time for most people is like 6-7 AM anyway... but I can definitely see how this is a win. Especially on a Sunday. Enjoy it π
