I tried printing paper Bitcoin wallets, but that requires a lot of tech to setup and use. These work out well as birthday gifts for average countries with fair internet. Just tell the receiver to keep it safe for when the time comes. Their children will for sure be able to use it.
Here I was referring to something like what we see in some African villages using SMS or whatever that doesn't require a tech setup aside from a cellular phone.
