This. Most relays are not run professionally. If you've chosen relays that were here yesterday and gone today then so are any notes that didn't propogate to other relays. Run your own relay to avoid this or pay for a relay that guarantees your notes will be stored forever*. You can check out cellar.nostr.wine and premium.primal.net among many others
You know you don't have to pay Alby to run a node for you... You can run it on any computer you already have. Make sure that computer stays powered on and connected to the Internet and you'll always be able to access your lightning wallet just like you had before.
