Lightning Network transfers fail frequently, TPS in the case of Visa and Solana measures an end to end transaction not a path traversed in a transaction which fails.
Real transaction speed for the LN is as far as I know not documented and the reliability is lower than Visa. Which anyone who uses it regularly will tell you.
How? The only way is by recording it as possibly owned by you. Some may even follow that address, but good OpSec - not reusing addresses- should help a lot here.
The ideal of course is what Monero does, but Bitcoin has decided against that.

Trump’s Treasury Department just stopped the BOI Report.
They also have placed the IRS under investigation, and want to reduce their size and burden.
I respectfully have seen no evidence about the LN speed you talk about. Could you share some docs or how this number was calculated? It looks wrong.
They are pro-war because that helps their anemic weak economies.

Proof of work is way better than proof of stake, it protects blockchains like Bitcoin from a financial takeover.
Native Bitcoin based stablecoins should be the way to achieve this.
SATS are very useful, but for medium of exchange a stable coin is necessary.
DAI did this for Ethereum, and it can be done today using Bitcoins and sidechains. It is an area of research I am currently working on.
