if you deliberately delete all data, when you reinstall if you like or restore
it looks to me like, you cannot use the old seed
can only utilise the old seed to recover the tokens to new seed and send to oneself
so although recovery is possible the old seed is gone
that's only my ux, I may be wrong 😅
