Haha! So far I’ve just had one DM but from a person I like, just giving me a heads up that people don’t like Bitcoin and I understand that, I’m not breaking anyone’s balls about anything! I’m doing whatever I need to keep me and the family happy without being a cunt!
Apologies if anyone came on the stream to find unwanted noise or lack of stream. Still working it out, new to this, especially settings for optimum quality etc. plus getting PeerTube and Zapstream syncing seems a little mystical.

Today I'm playing some Miles Davis and other associated artists on vinyl, talking some bollocks and generally getting the hang of this streaming malarky.
Expect mishaps and technical but being upbeat and good natured about it.
Youtube is Babylon so this will be PeerTube and ZapStream only. Sorry kids, the only twitching I do is caffeine related.

Nostr needs more content creators in general from bloggers to musicians to streamers. The audience is already here what we need is more diverse content appealing to a broader spectrum of users and their likes / prefernces.
For example, I stream gaming and I totally get it that my content isn't for everyone. It's for gamers and people who like to watch streams, chat and hang out with each other. Now, if someone comes into my stream but my content isn't for that person they'll naturally bounce from my channel and then... don't find much other content to watch so they bounce from the site entirely.
In other words, the discoverability is there, the demand is there, the creators aren't.

This is similar to my own thinking, human writing will become more niche but in turn can make it more interesting. You've probably seen enough by now to tell that both I can't write particularly fluidly and have very niche interests but these are areas AI doesn't find interesting, it wants to find the mean, what the average human likes. It is Ed Sheeran.
I'm going to stream some niche human stuff today. I will enjoy myself.

Nice post… I’m inclined to agree with most of that, I’m not sure how old you are but I think it’s easier to adapt when you’re younger (although not impossible when older). Therefor makes sense to look forward to a little chaos. The status quo is boring, much like the band of the same name.
Currently I’m in that Trainspotting scenario but I’m aware of that and open minded. I’ve lived waayyy more Trsinspotting than the average person. It is what it is. Ultimately the space inside my skull is the only true space I have *property rights*. Agree that things tend to happen way slower than people think, it’s a managed decline.
The shed is where I have a small but very functional music studio. It’s a cool environment, I like flow states and it works well for me.
