We're really stretching these things now

It pays from the balance in the native Cashu wallet (https://shopstr.store/wallet); you can deposit tokens from any mint you want there. Adding a pasting option would be great, though!
Ah nice didn't realize there was an integrated cashu wallet.
Is there any sort of arbitration or once you pay you're trusting the seller?
One way I can think to do this with cashu is P2PK locked tokens. 2/3 seller, buyer and a mediator. If there is no dispute seller and buyer can sign without a 3rd party. If there is a dispute mediator sides with seller or buyer.
fyi could be of interest: https://github.com/cashubtc/nuts/pull/124
What does pay with cashu on shopstr do? Can you just paste tokens from any mint?
Lock the token to their nostr public key. DM it to them if you want it to be a private donation. Post it publicly if you want it public only they can claim it
A year ago I was wondering why anyone would ever use Classes is Javascript... Now I look at my code and see a AppController instance that keeps a dual binding reference to a Wallet interface that also acts as an Observable to keep other parts of the app informed of state updates...
This is what reading nostr:npub19mun7qwdyjf7qs3456u8kyxncjn5u2n7klpu4utgy68k4aenzj6synjnft books does to you... Be careful
I just wonder why anyone uses JavaScript
Announcing: Harbor, an ecash desktop wallet for better bitcoin privacy.
https://blog.mutinywallet.com/harbor/
Privacy for the common person is a value worth fighting for. When we see a lack of freedom tools, we must build them into existence. They don't appear on their own.
Much has been said about privacy at the Bitcoin protocol level. For now, we build it on higher layers where we can be more nimble.
Ecash is a tool available today that combines with Bitcoin to bring new levels of common privacy. Cashu and Fedimint are two existing implementations we're interested in.

Harbor Privacy: All communication runs over Tor. Mutiny is not in the middle of any connections or transactions. Funds in the wallet get a Privacy Score to show how the mints provide privacy over time. More to come on this in the future.

Harbor Multi-mint: Instead of relying on a single mint with your funds, spread the risk over dozens or more. Harbor manages this for you, showing you a single balance while connecting with mints for you. A mint can go offline with minimal impact on you.

Harbor Automation: Running as a desktop app unlocks ability to do long running processes in the background. Move money in and out of mints on your preferred schedule to maximize your desired level of privacy. Harbor makes suggestions, but you are in control.
Move money in and out of Harbor using Lightning or on-chain. We love Bitcoin, and we love privacy. We hope Harbor gives everyday people more privacy and peace of mind.
Its using iced super cool
Been thinking about this as well.
Using P2PK multi sig the two trade parties could agree on an arbitrator in the event of a dispute. In the good case the two trade parties sign the 2/3. In the case of a dispute arbitrator and one party signs.
Could use nostr and web of trust to find willing and "trusted" arbitrators.
I’m running a CLN node on a refurbished HP Elitedesk 800 G5 mini machine. I’m in the middle of writing my own lnurl and zapper CLN plugins but while I work on that, I’m using the «clnurl» plugin from nostr:npub1nc0ynppqh37rtulr57xjqpzmfjp58xrd4ey8896ehn9j5flg33fszrz5pa and the «cln-zapper» plugin from nostr:npub1qjgcmlpkeyl8mdkvp4s0xls4ytcux6my606tgfx9xttut907h0zs76lgjw. The HTTP requests for the lnurl server are proxied from a public server over a Wireguard tunnel to the node machine.
The plugins:
let me know if you run into any issues with it. Hasn't been updated in a bit so I can take a look.
Don't even need to encrypt it just p2pk locked

can confirm Irish sea still cold in March
It doesn't run its own CLN node it runs on an existing CLN node and connects via RPC. So node management, opening and closing channel, would be done as any other CLN node and channels can be opened to others node implementations as usual.
No reason it can't run on LND in the future just isn't implemented yet. 2 weeks tm
Do note I don't recommend cashu-rs-mint for real sats just yet
