I believe I set the event loads to not fetch listings past a certain date for performance along with deleting old cache, which is probably the issue if they're showing up in other clients. I'll look into getting that resolved.

The book is great; quite a culmination of a lot of the books we align with in the space. Worth the read for the history section alone.

I think there will be periods where clients take very large market share of their respective product category (maybe >50%) but will eventually be drawn back down to that 5-10% level. More of a ebb and flow rather than holding a consistently small share.
