I doubt there is something on that scale. What is the issue of swaping to a stablecoin and passing it to the wallet they support? They are anyway showing you USD on your account. I expect that enough people bother them about lightning they should start using it.

What is coinbase self custody wallet?! This reminds me of the screen I get depositing btc to kraken where they have a ton of different shitcoin ways to deposit 'bitcoin'...
