I'm seeing conflicting formats on Nostr.

Some clients, like Satellite, have regular feeds, and then separate "communities" that work like subreddits. How do these different formats communicate with each other, and how to they translate into other clients?

it's always a different order, I'll just get used to it. Kinda liking that reposting is on the far right.
