That's often used in stories when we don't want to directly describe sex. For example, in a famous anime, Neon Genesis Evangelion was not an R-18 work, so this was used.

インドと言えばチャイ、同時にイギリスの流れを汲みクッキーカルチャーでもある。5ルピーで4〜5枚入ったクッキーを駄菓子気分で買い漁る。たまに袋に穴が空いていて、アリンコがどかっと出てきたり(もちろん払って食べる)、湿気ってること(製造年月日確認の上、食べる)がある。

ちなみに、インドのローカルスイーツもかなり美味。
